This is probably one of my favs from your gallery, I really adore the simplicity of the piece. I really like the fact that there are too pictures to complete it and that they are in different sizes.

:aww:

Well thank you :) There are two main reasons for that: one, it creates a nice dynamic to the piece, being viewed as seperate scenes (and allowing for atleast a few alternative hanging options) but also because it's easier and cheaper to ship something that can be reduced to a smaller area size, haha. Thanks again.

When you say "...alternative hanging options" I laughed. Not because what you said, but I imagined the pictures switching place so it looks like the litte guys is walking away, as if he put the cat in the tree and leaves it there. Walking away all like: It's gonna be nice with that cat out of the house for a while.
xD

Even if it's in two for financial reasons I still think it's a nice concept with "splitting" an image like that.

Haha, I had never considered hanging it that way. Man, I love how differently people can see art. I've always said 'art is where intention and perception meet' and I'd like to think it's rather true.

The possibilities are endless.
That's a nice saying... and so true. I try to live by the "Art is in the eye of the beholder" so I always try to see how other people can see art in something I don't. It's quite interesting sometimes. :aww:

And a deceptively little amount of paint used! Cheers.
